Queridos participantes,
Tras la finalización de la 19ª edición del Gran Fondo València by Santander, sentimos una mezcla de emociones. Por un lado, estamos tremendamente agradecidos y felices de haber compartido con vosotros un día cargado de pasión por el ciclismo.
Sin embargo, nos quedamos con una espinita clavada. Un grupo de vosotros tuvo que esperar en un punto del recorrido hasta que este estuvo debidamente cubierto y fue totalmente seguro retomar la marcha. Os pedimos disculpas y asumimos completamente la responsabilidad de lo ocurrido. Os aseguramos que en la próxima edición, la número 20, todo será impecable.
Como gesto de disculpa y para compensaros por las molestias ocasionadas, os regalamos la inscripción al Gran Fondo La Nucía.
Esto incluye la participación en el evento, vivir en directo el regreso del Critérium, el maillot oficial de la prueba y la oportunidad de disfrutar de una experiencia única el 26 y 27 de octubre en La Nucía.

Gran Fondo València by Santander Official Announcement
Dear participants,
After the end of the 19th edition of the Gran Fondo València by Santander, we feel a mixture of emotions. On the one hand, we are extremely grateful and happy to have shared with you a day full of passion for cycling.
However, we are left with a thorn in our side. A group of you had to wait at one point of the route until it was properly covered and it was completely safe to resume the ride. We apologise and take full responsibility for what happened. We assure you that in the next edition, the 20th, everything will be perfect.
As a symbol of apology and to compensate you for the inconvenience caused, we will give you a free registration for the Gran Fondo La Nucía.
This includes participation in the event, live experience of the return of the Critérium, the official race maillot and the opportunity to live a unique experience on 26th and 27th October.
